Every day the baby needs to be given meat products. Since about eight teeth emerge by 11 months, meat dishes should be served in such a way that they can be easily chewed. That is, the child’s jaw should work, but not overstrain.

Fish should only be given that does not contain bones. It is broken into small pieces and checked for remaining bones. It is best to take fillets of large fish.

Kefir and cottage cheese should also be present in the diet. If you don't make your own fermented milk products, buy them unsweetened. This will reduce the likelihood of allergies.

Give your child porridge every day. The healthiest and richest in fiber is oatmeal. After it, buckwheat and rice. You should refrain from cooking porridge with milk. You can add prunes or dried apricots to the porridge, then the child will eat the porridge with great pleasure.

During this period, you can introduce homemade biscuit into your diet, just give it in small portions.

Once every two days, the baby should eat an egg. It does not have to be given only in boiled form. This way you can prepare various types of omelets or make a salad with vegetables.

Now you can add fruits and berries to your daily menu, such as apricots, cherries and plums, raspberries, strawberries. Remember that before you give your baby anything, you need to check if he is allergic to a particular fruit or berry.

The daily menu of an eleven month old baby should look something like this:

Breakfast includes:

  • pasta or porridge 200 g;
  • fruit puree 50 g.

For lunch you will receive:

  • fish or meat products 60 g;

  • juice or compote.

For dinner:

There is no exact answer to the question of how much to feed a baby at eleven months. Pediatric nutritionists came to the conclusion that the main criterion for correct and healthy development   is not the amount of food eaten, but the baby’s weight and height gain, his physical condition, activity, and health. All children eat differently and develop the same way; in this matter, the approach is individual. The child should eat no more than five times a day and the amount of food should not exceed 1.2 kg. This does not include liquid.
