First of all, we turn to the dentist and therapist. For the dentist, you can grab a piece of the broken tooth, if it is, of course, preserved. This is necessary for the doctor to determine the degree of destruction and confirm or deny the presence of caries.
On the advice of a therapist, take blood for hormones and sugar. Only based on the results can we talk about treatment.
Next we visit an endocrinologist. A thyroid gland examination is performed.
Also, in addition to the main treatment, you can help your body yourself.
To do this, include in your diet:
- fermented milk products;
- fatty fish;
- all nuts except peanuts;
- vegetables;
- fruits;
- green;

Even more important products are those that contain beta-carotene:

- tomatoes;

- natural butter;
- dill and parsley;
- fresh or canned green peas.
Vitamin D can be obtained not only from sunlight, but from cod liver. The liver of other animals (cows, pigs, chickens) can also be consumed, but it contains less useful substance. It's also a good idea to go to the pharmacy and buy liquid vitamin D or fish oil.
Vitamin C is also an essential source of a beautiful smile. Eat more sauerkraut. It contains a large amount of useful microelements, and you can forget about lemons and oranges. It’s a good idea to buy regular ascorbic acid at the pharmacy.
B vitamins. They are found in almost all foods. But if for some reason you cannot consume, for example, meat, eggs or dairy products, then buy regular multivitamins at the pharmacy. If there is a lack of calcium, the doctor may prescribe calcium gluconate tablets. It strengthens the enamel, preventing further tooth decay.
In addition to all the tips listed above, do not forget to visit the dentist at least once every six months. This does not require mandatory treatment; a routine examination is sufficient.
