Step-by-step recipe for dumplings: master class
Surely every mother has asked the question - what to feed her child in order to be varied and healthy? Especially when the child asks for advertised products with the entire periodic table in their composition. So I asked myself this question. And I decided to make homemade dumplings for the baby. It turns out there is absolutely nothing complicated about this. But see for yourself.
How to make dumplings at home
Looking at the prices of purchased products, you might think that dumplings are a very expensive food. But this is absolutely not true, today we are preparing budget-friendly and delicious dumplings.
- flour 350 g;
- egg 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil 1 tsp;
- salt to taste;
- warm water 1 glass;
- minced chicken 500 g;
- onion 1 pc.;
- milk 50 g;
- spices and seasonings to taste.
Cooking method:
- In this master class, pre-cooked minced meat was used. Simply defrost it, add milk, salt and spices. Stir well.

- Let's prepare the dough. Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
- Break an egg into this cavity, pour oil, add salt. Stir.

- Gradually add water without ceasing to stir. The dough is ready!

- Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator while you prepare the minced meat.
- You need to work with the test as quickly as possible. While it is fresh, the dough is elastic and rolls out well. But as soon as he lies down and winds down for a while, rolling out turns into a Sisyphean task.

- Roll out the dough to an approximate thickness of 0.5 cm.

- Take a glass of your desired size and start cutting out circles from the dough.
Those who have special devices are great. I set the task of making small dumplings for children. 
- Before laying out the meat, stretch each circle a little in your hands.
- Place the minced meat on a circle of dough. Then fold the dough in half and pinch the edges.

- Dip the finished dumplings in flour and place on a plate.

- Previously, there was an opinion that dumplings must be frozen before cooking. However, if you throw them into boiling water, the freshly made dish will not fall apart or stick together.

- Place the dumplings in a bag and put them in the freezer if you are not going to cook them right away.
- There are many different recipes for dumpling dough on the Internet. Up to minimalism - water, flour and salt. In my opinion, the recipe presented in this MK is the most successful. The dough is pliable when molded; after cooking, the dumplings become almost transparent and the dough itself is very tasty. But you can experiment to your taste.
Dumplings in the oven 
Most likely, each of you has wondered how else you can prepare dumplings so that they are tasty, not troublesome and not trivial. The answer is simple - bake in the oven.
- frozen dumplings;
- fresh tomato;
- sour cream;
- ketchup;
- seasonings;
- salt to taste;
- water;
- cheese.
How to cook:
- Place the dumplings in a heatproof dish.
- Prepare the mixture. Combine sour cream, ketchup, salt and spices. Add some water. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the resulting mixture over the future dish.
- Place the tomato cut into slices on top.

- Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Temperature 200 degrees.
- After 20 minutes, when the kitchen begins to smell deliciously of cooking dumplings, sprinkle the dish with cheese and leave for another 10-15 minutes.

- Serve the finished dish hot, generously sprinkled with fresh herbs.
- If desired, you can prepare this product with fried mushrooms.
