If your hair is prone to splitting, then you should always remember the two main rules for caring for it - nutrition and hydration!

We bring to your attention several simple recipes for masks that do an excellent job of this task and will help prevent their splitting:

  1. Mix equal parts olive oil (vegetable oil can be substituted) and honey(necessarily liquid). You can also add egg yolk to it. Leave this composition to “work” for 30 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly.
  2. Grind half the avocado pulp with a fork into a paste and combine with burdock oil and honey, a teaspoon of each. This mass must be applied along the entire length. After application, put on a plastic cap (hereinafter we will simply call it a cap), wrap your hair with a towel and walk like this for half an hour. You need to do ten procedures, at intervals every two to three days.
  3. Take 2 tablespoons of cream (thicker) and 1 tablespoon of almond oil, mix these ingredients thoroughly and heat in a water bath to 36-37 degrees. Next, beat the yolk of the chicken egg and add it to the resulting composition. The application procedure is the same as for the previous mask, but you need to keep it on a little longer - 40 minutes.
  4. Melt half of the dark chocolate in a water bath (the higher the percentage of cocoa beans in it, the better) and heavy cream (3 tablespoons). When the mass becomes homogeneous, cool it to 37 degrees and pour in a teaspoon of juice aloe. Cover your hair with it and put a cap on top. Its effect lasts 40 minutes, after which rinse your curls with warm water and then shampoo.
  5. Mix a tablespoon of glycerin and the same amount of olive oil, and heat them in a water bath to approximately 37 degrees. Attention – the resulting composition is used only for the ends of the hair! After this, put on a cap and wrap your head with a towel. The principle of operation of this mask is this: the longer, the better! Therefore, it is recommended to do it before bed so that it “works” while you rest.
