Apple manna
- In a bowl, combine a couple of glasses of semolina and 150 g of heated kefir. Leave the composition to rise for an hour.
- A couple of eggs whisk using a mixer, carefully adding a glass of sugar. As soon as the mass becomes airy, mix it with kefir and semolina and add a pinch of salt. Pour in 100 g of dissolved margarine or butter.
- Grind half a lemon and add to the dough, add 100 g of washed raisins, 30 g of sifted flour and a pinch of salt.
- Remove the peel and seeds from 3 apples, chop them into slices and place them in the dough, knead.
- Knead the prepared dough and pour it into the mold. Cook the pie for 40-50 minutes at 180°C.
- Combine a glass of semolina with a glass of kefir, a pinch of salt and let it sit for half an hour.
Mannik with strawberries
- Divide two eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer until a fluffy foam forms.
- Combine 100 g of butter (dissolved) with a glass of sugar and yolks.
- Combine kefir with semolina with egg white foam and butter-egg mixture.
- Add a glass of flour passed through a sieve, in which you need to stir in a small spoon of baking powder in advance, and mix very well.
- Wash and remove stems from 1/4 kg of strawberries, dry off excess moisture and cut into thin slices.
- Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine, pour in part of the dough, arrange the chopped berries and pour in the rest of the dough. This manna is baked in two stages: the first lasts half an hour at a temperature of 180°C, then the temperature increases to 200°C for 10 minutes.

- Pour a couple of glasses of kefir into the eggs and beat with a mixer again. While still kneading, pour in the dissolved butter.
- In a separate bowl, combine 2 glasses of semolina, a small spoonful of salt and soda, and a bag of vanillin. Stir and gradually start adding to the kefir. It is important that the consistency is uniform, without lumps.
- Let the dough sit for half an hour.
- Manna is baked at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Mannik with condensed milk and banana
- Combine a glass of kefir, semolina and sugar. Leave to stand for a couple of hours.
- Dissolve 100 g of butter and pour into the settled dough.
- Gradually add 1.5 glasses of sifted flour (combine with 0.5 small spoon of soda in advance).
- Soak the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with a little semolina and pour in the dough. Manna is prepared for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
- The finished pie must cool, after which it must be cut horizontally into two parts using a thread. Coat both cake layers with condensed milk inside. Cut the bananas into thin slices and spread over the entire area of the bottom cake layer. Cover with the top and let soak for half an hour.
Manna with coconut flakes
- Mix a glass of semolina with 100 g of coconut flakes and a glass of sugar. Pour in a glass of warm kefir and let stand for an hour.
- Dissolve 100 g of butter and pour into the dough.
- Gradually stir in a glass of sifted flour. Knead everything thoroughly so that the composition is as homogeneous as possible.
- Grease the baking forum with butter and pour in the prepared dough, smooth it out. The pie needs to be cooked for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
- To soak the manna: pour half a glass of water into the pan, add the juice of half a lemon and half a glass of sugar. Cook the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

- Sift a glass of wheat flour into a separate container, mix it with a pinch of soda and add in portions to kefir and eggs.
- Pour a couple of tablespoons of refined oil into the dough and add a large spoonful of sugar. The dough is ready for baking.
Pancakes made from kefir and beets
- Boil or bake 250 g of beets, then grind the root vegetable to a puree.
- In a separate bowl, combine 70 ml of milk, one egg, a pinch of salt, beet puree, vegetable oil and a glass of kefir.
- Gradually add 190 g of sifted flour to the mixture so that no lumps form in the dough. Let the prepared dough sit for about half an hour, after which you can start cooking.

Custard pancakes with apple, raisins and pumpkin
- Beat a couple of eggs, seasoning them with a pinch of salt and 40 g of sugar. Pour in a glass of kefir and heat the mixture to 40-50°C.
- Add 200 g of flour passed through a sieve to the mixture and knead the dough, which in consistency will resemble a mass for pancakes.
- In a glass of hot water, completely dissolve half a small spoon of soda and pour it into the thick dough in a thin stream, while stirring the mixture.
- Melt 50 g of butter and pour into the dough. Let the mixture sit for half an hour, then start frying the pancakes.
- Prepare the pancake filling. Cut 250 g of pumpkin and simmer with a small amount of vegetable oil. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste, cover with a lid and wait until the pumpkin softens. At the very end of cooking, add 150 g of finely chopped apple, stir and remove from heat. Wash and soak 30 g of raisins, then add to the apple and pumpkin.
- Roll the prepared pancakes into tubes, after putting the filling in them.
Recipes for kefir in the oven
Kefir cake
- Grind one egg with a glass of sugar, pour in a couple of glasses of kefir, add 0.5 small spoons of slaked soda. Stir everything and add a couple of glasses of sifted flour. Divide the prepared dough into three equal parts.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake a cake from each part. This takes 15-25 minutes. To prevent the cakes from puffing up, after about fifteen minutes, pierce the cakes with a fork in several places.
- While the cakes are baking, you can prepare the filling for the cake. Mix a glass of kefir with half a glass of sugar so that the latter is completely dissolved.
- Soak the prepared cakes while still hot with the prepared mixture. Stack the cakes on top of each other and sprinkle chopped nuts or chocolate chips on top.
Kefir cookies
- Thoroughly beat a couple of glasses of kefir with two large spoons of vegetable oil and half a glass of sugar so that a cream consistency is formed.
- Add a small spoon of slaked soda and 0.5 kg of sifted flour. Prepare the dough.
- Roll out the prepared dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Cut out the cookies and place on butter-soaked baking paper. The top of the cookies can be sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake cookies until ready at 180-190°C.

Quick Pie
- Beat a couple of eggs and a glass of sugar until fluffy foam appears.
- Pour in a glass of kefir and mix. Add a small spoonful of baking soda, a little vanilla and mix again.
- Gradually add a couple of glasses of flour, constantly stirring the dough with a spoon. If lumps form, it’s okay.
- Now you need to pour 70 g of dissolved butter into the dough and beat with a mixer.
- Separately, prepare the streusel that will be used for topping. To do this, melt 50 g of butter, combine it with a couple of large spoons of sugar, and the same amount of cocoa and flour. Mix everything very well until crumbs form. The streusel is ready.
- Soak a baking pan with oil and place the dough in it, topping with streusel. Place the cake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
Jellied pie with kefir
- The first thing you should do is fill the pie. Chop 300 g of cabbage and fry over low heat without using oil. During the frying process, you need to add pepper and salt to the cabbage, add chopped cilantro and dill. Peel and chop 3 boiled eggs. Mix the eggs with the fried cabbage - the filling is ready.
- Combine a glass of kefir, 200 g of sour cream and 160 g of dissolved butter in a bowl. Add 1.5 large spoons of sugar, a small spoon of salt to the dough and knead thoroughly. Separately, beat a couple of eggs and pour into kefir and sour cream. Gradually add 280 g of sifted flour, previously mixed with a small spoon of baking powder. Mix the dough well so that there are no lumps.
- Grease a baking pan with oil and pour out half of the dough. Then place the prepared filling and pour on top remaining dough.
- Place the pie for a quarter of an hour in an oven preheated to 200°C, and after a while, reduce the temperature to 180°C and leave for the same time.
Grandma's Pie
- Add 0.5 small spoon of slaked soda to a glass of jam (take according to your taste) and knead very well. Leave to stand for a couple of minutes.
- Pour in the sides of kefir and mix thoroughly again. Add sugar. According to the classic recipe, its quantity is 3 large spoons, but the exact amount must be determined based on the sweetness of the chosen jam.
- Add one egg and mix well.
- Pour in a couple of glasses of flour passed through a sieve and knead so that no lumps form in the dough.
- Pour the prepared dough into a baking mold, greased in advance with oil, and place in an oven preheated to 180°C until a golden crust appears.

Pie with pears and kefir
- Mix 250 g of flour passed through a sieve with a small spoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Dissolve 150 g of butter and cool slightly. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs, 150 g of kefir, half a glass of honey and a small spoon of vanilla sugar. Mix the mixture until a homogeneous consistency appears. Gradually add the prepared flour to the mixture so that no lumps appear. Pour in the dissolved butter and mix until smooth. The end result should be a relatively thick and viscous dough.
- Cut a couple of pears into quarters and remove the core. Cut the fruit into thin slices. Drizzle the pear with the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle with a large spoonful of brown sugar.
- Grease the baking dish with oil. Place a pear in a fan on the bottom of the mold, sprinkle a little brown sugar on top, then carefully pour in the dough and smooth its surface with a spoon.
- The pie is prepared in an oven preheated to 190°C for half an hour.
Recipes for kefir in a frying pan
Omelette with kefir
- Break three eggs and add salt and pepper to taste, and 3 large spoons of kefir. Beat everything very well.
- Pour refined oil into a frying pan and fry a couple of chopped mushrooms.
- Pour the egg mixture into the mushrooms and start stirring the dish constantly. It is necessary that the omelette is not a solid mass, but something like porridge. Do not overcook the omelette to keep it juicy. The finished omelette can be decorated with chopped cherry tomatoes and chopped herbs before serving.
Quick fried flatbreads
- Break a couple of eggs into a deep container and pour half a liter of kefir. Knead and add a large spoonful of rich sour cream, knead again. Now the workpiece needs to be salted to taste, add a pinch of pepper, a small spoon of sugar and 12 g of dry instant yeast. Knead everything very well.
- Start adding a kilogram of flour passed through a sieve in parts. The finished dough should be flexible and not stick to your hands.
- Divide the prepared dough into several parts. Roll each into a circle, the diameter of which will not exceed the diameter of the frying pan in which the flatbreads will be fried. The thickness of each layer should be approximately 0.5-0.7 mm.
- Each flatbread should be pierced with a fork in several places so that the dough does not bubble during cooking. To prevent the tortillas from drying out while waiting for their turn to fry, cover them with a napkin.
- Pour a glass of vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it up. Fry the flatbreads over low heat until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes on each side.

Fried pies
- Pour 350 g of full-fat kefir into a deep container, break one egg and add 8 g of dry yeast. Knead everything very well and add a pinch of salt and 700 g of double-sifted flour. Flour should be added in portions so that no lumps form during the kneading process. Place the prepared dough in a warm place to rest, while you prepare the filling.
- Hard boil 3 eggs, cool, peel and mash them with a fork. Soak 100 g of rice several times and cook in salted water until fully cooked. Mix the rice and eggs together. Taste the filling and add salt if necessary.
- From the prepared dough you need to make round pieces for pies, fold in the filling and form pies. Let them sit for a while, literally about 15 minutes, and start frying in oil until cooked. To prevent the pies from being too greasy, after frying, place them on paper napkins in front of the plate to allow excess oil to drain off.

Kefir buns Fluffy donuts Cold diet soup
- Sift 3 glasses of flour twice into a deep container, combine it with half a glass of sugar, a small spoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Add 175 g of soft butter to the flour and mix with the flour, then pour in a glass of warm kefir and knead the dough. Leave the prepared dough to rest for 10 minutes.
- Make balls (buns), grease each one with kefir and sprinkle with sugar. Baking is prepared within a quarter of an hour at 220°C.

Chicken fillet with kefir and mushrooms
- Pour 400 ml of thick fat kefir into a deep container. Add to it a couple of eggs, a pinch of salt, 3 large spoons of sugar and 12 g of vanilla sugar. Add a teaspoon of cognac (can be replaced with vodka) and mix well.
- Add 400 g of double-sifted flour to the dough, mix in 12 g of baking powder in advance and knead the dough. The dough will turn out liquid - that’s how it should be.
- Heat the oil in deep fryer and then take a spoonful of the dough and use another spoon to push it into the oil to form balls. As soon as the balls turn golden, remove them with a slotted spoon and you’re done!
Cold borscht with kefir
- Pour 700 ml of warm kefir into the pan and add a glass of water to it - mix.
- Separately, break the egg and beat it with a fork, then add it to kefir with water and mix.
- Chop a bunch of cilantro and dill, a clove of garlic and add the ingredients to the kefir.
- Either soak 1/3 glass of rice thoroughly, or boil it in a separate container until half cooked and add it to kefir.
- Now place the container with the soup on the stove and cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Stirring constantly is very important; if you leave the mixture unattended for a while, the kefir and egg may curdle. For the same reason, you should not cover the pan with a lid both during cooking and during cooling.
Raisin cupcakes
- Chop 0.5 kg of chicken fillet into cubes, season with the spices you like best and mix. Pour in 1-1.5 glasses of kefir and knead again. Leave to marinate, the longer the better. Ideally, leave the meat in this state in the refrigerator overnight.
- Boil 200 g of champignons (you can use others).
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish, add a little marinade, and add salt to taste. Place the mushrooms on top and place the container in the oven (for half an hour at 200°C). At the end of cooking, sprinkle the chicken with grated cheese and wait until it melts.
Chicken kebab
- Boil one beet, potatoes and a couple of eggs in advance. Let cool completely.
- Cut one fresh cucumber and 4 radishes into cubes or slices. Place in a bowl.
- Cut the eggs into cubes and add to the chopped vegetables. Grate the beets and place them in a common container.
- Chop 30 g of greens (dill and parsley) and add to the vegetables.
- Pour half a liter of full-fat kefir over the vegetables and knead well. If the composition is too thick, add a little boiled water and salt. Place the container in the refrigerator for half an hour. You need to eat ready-made borscht as a bite with boiled potatoes.

Drink with strawberries and kefir
- Heat 250 g of kefir a little and add half a small spoon of soda to it. There is no need to extinguish it, as kefir will do this. After adding soda, kefir will begin to foam, wait for the reaction to complete, then add 80 g of sugar, 50 g of refined oil and mix. Add 220 g of flour sifted twice and mix.
- Soak a handful of raisins, then dry with a paper towel, add to the dough and move around.
- Pour the dough into prepared molds and bake for 20 minutes at 170°C. The cupcakes should be browned during this time. You can decorate with powdered sugar.
Kefir dumplings with potatoes
- Peel one chicken breast and chop into cubes of the same size.
- Peel a couple of onions and grate them on a coarse grater. Place it with the meat.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper, pour in 1.5 cups of kefir. Mix and leave to marinate for several hours. Now all that remains is to fry the meat on the grill or on skewers in the oven.
Chocolate cupcakes
- Rinse and peel a glass of strawberries, dry with a paper towel and place in a blender bowl.
- Add a couple of spoons of honey to the berries and pour in 300 ml of kefir.
- Whip the drink at high speed. The drink is ready!

- Drain the liquid from the cooked potatoes, add a little butter and mash as for mashed potatoes. Add onion to potatoes, stir and pepper.
