How to take eggshells
It makes no sense to just gnaw on the shells of eggs. It will only do harm teeth... In order for the shell to really benefit, it must first be prepared correctly. The easiest way to make a powder is from a chicken egg shell.
We do it this way:
- Wash eggs well using soap. You can even sterilize them within minutes. It is not worth boiling, just keep it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Now pour the contents of the eggs into a separate bowl. Do not remove the white film from the inside of the shell. Rinse the shells with clean water and dry them in the sun or in a mild oven.
- Grind the shells as small as possible. This can be done in a porcelain mortar, coffee grinder, or simply by placing the shell in a bag and kneading it with a rolling pin.
- Place the prepared shells in a glass container and close tightly. Store in a dry place.
It is necessary to take the shell as a prevention of calcium deficiency in a full teaspoon. For convenience, the powder can be added to any food or drink. If you are using the shell to speed fracture healing, increase the dose to three doses per day. For osteoporosis, take half a teaspoon at bedtime for a month.
