Even those who do not have vision problems periodically need rest. For this, there is a special gymnastics for the eyes. It helps to cope with fatigue and quickly restore their functionality. Among other things, it is able to deal with such problems as: astigmatism, myopia or hyperopia.
In modern medicine, there are several types of gymnastics for eye... But they all adhere to the same requirements:
- All exercises should be done systematically at regular intervals. You cannot skip classes.
- When doing the exercises, you should not overexert yourself and give excessive stress. Excessive exercise is also bad, as is lack.
- There should be a short period of time between exercises.
- Rest your eyes.
Before doing gymnastics for the eyes, you should prepare. First, you need to completely relax the eye muscles. Get into a position that is comfortable. However, try to keep your back straight. Close your eyes with your palms, but do not press on them. Relax, breathe evenly. Do this exercise for ten minutes. If the eye fatigue is severe, several approaches can be taken.
You can relax your eyes in this way not only in preparation for gymnastics, but also during work.
After "preparing the soil", you can proceed directly to the exercises themselves:
- Start blinking as quickly as possible. At the same time, try not to squint or strain.
- Look up and down, then blink again.
- Move your eyes in different directions. In this case, only the muscles of the eyes should work, the head remains in one position. Blink again.
- Now you should move your eyes diagonally: left up, left down. This is done several times. Then blink. Do the same movements with your eyes, but only to the right. And blink again.
- The next exercise is that a person needs to draw a rectangle in front of him with his eyes. Blink. Then draw a rectangle again, but in the opposite direction.
- Now you need to draw zigzags with eye movements. First from left to right, then vice versa. Finish the exercise by blinking.
Eye charger when working with a computer
Working at a computer is exhausting. Constant flickering and pulsating images on the screen are difficult for the eyes. Long-term work leads to the fact that blood circulation in the eyes is impaired. And this leads to a malfunction of the eyeball. Trying to cope with the stress, the body dilates the blood vessels in the eyes. From this they begin to blush, there is dryness, discomfort, pain in the eyes and head.
To avoid such consequences, it is necessary to take breaks from work. And also a little exercise for the eyes, which will not take much time, but will make you feel great.
First, rest your eyes by covering them with your palms. Then close your eyes and in this position make ten rotations of the eyeballs clockwise and counterclockwise. Take multiple sets. Then walk from the forehead to the back of the head with light finger movements, lightly tapping. Blink and open your eyes sharply. This several times. Warm your palms, lightly stroking, press on the eyeballs several times.

Each exercise is done in several sets. To charge you need:
- Take a comfortable position with your back straight. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath, leaning your back back, while exhaling, bend in front.
- Open your eyes. Bend forward while closing your eyes sharply. Open your eyes and return to the starting position.
- Put your hands on your belt and do head rotations, in such a way as to be able to see the elbow.
- Make rotating movements with the eyeball, clockwise and counterclockwise.
- With your arms outstretched in front of you, observe your fingertips. Then begin to gradually raise and lower your arms without taking your eyes off. During this exercise, the head must remain motionless.
