The fleshy part of aloe contains over two hundred valuable components. For example, this plant is very rich in vitamins - it contains B vitamins, as well as vitamins E, C and A. It contains amino acids, anthraquinone glycosides, polysaccharides, enzymes and other microelements important for health.
Aloe has strong wound healing abilities. In this case, we are talking not only about superficial scratches and abrasions, but also about assistance in the restoration of internal organs. Aloe gel can cure peptic ulcers. In addition, this plant can relieve pain, heal burns, eliminate inflammation and destroy germs and bacteria. This plant effectively fights bacteria and kills fungus.
Agave juice is often used to treat colds - it is dripped into the nose and used to gargle. If you drink agave juice in large doses, you may notice an improvement in intestinal function and an increase in appetite. It can be noted that most of the beneficial substances of this plant are in an active state and easily penetrate the body both when used externally and when taken orally.

Aloe juice can cure long-term coughs and even tuberculosis. To boost immunity, it is recommended to drink a teaspoon of juice daily.
The juice is also used externally - it can treat not only wounds, burns or cracks in the skin, but also more serious lesions - trophic ulcers, eczema, psoriasis and other diseases.
The juice can be used to rub inflamed joints, treat inflammation of the gums or nasopharynx. In the latter cases, the affected organ is irrigated with juice. Aloe-soaked tampons are used to treat a variety of gynecological ailments.
In evaporated form, aloe juice or, as it is also called, sabur, is used to treat gastrointestinal ailments in the acute or chronic phase. They also relieve the consequences of severe poisoning. Sabur is used to restore health after a protracted serious illness.

Recipes with aloe

- Cut the leaves from the plant and squeeze the juice out of them using a juicer or a regular meat grinder.
- Mix the resulting juice and olive oil in a ratio of 1:3.

To treat problems such as stomatitis, laryngitis and other gum problems, dilute the juice with plain water and rinse your mouth with it.
Aloe juice can be used to lubricate the skin of the face for acne, to eliminate irritation and to stabilize lipid metabolism. This is an excellent remedy for treating hair problems, in particular hair loss. In this case, simply rub fresh juice into the roots of your curls.
Aloe with honey
There are many ways to use aloe along with honey to eliminate a variety of diseases. Honey enhances the healing qualities of this plant and the treatment is more effective.
For example, to get rid of a dry cough, mix aloe juice and honey in the same ratio. This composition is drunk in a large spoon three times a day. The medicine must be stored in a well-sealed glass container in the cold.
Church wine “Cahors” is often mixed into the medicine with aloe. For example, as a means for general strengthening, for the treatment of stomach diseases, as well as bronchitis, the following remedy is used: mix half a liter of Cahors, honey and 300 ml of freshly prepared aloe juice. Transfer the mixture into a glass jar with a tight lid and store in the cold. You also need to drink this remedy three times a day, one tablespoon at a time.
To cleanse the body of toxins, prepare the following mixture: butter, finely chopped leaves aloe and take honey in equal quantities. Mix the oil, aloe and heat in a water bath for a quarter of an hour. After cooling completely, add honey to this mixture. Use a teaspoon before meals three times a day.
A medicine made from honey, aloe and lemon is well suited to boost immune defense and improve digestion. It is prepared quite simply. Grind the lemon and aloe in a meat grinder. At the same time, take the same amount of them. Use the whole lemon, including seeds and zest. Add melted honey to this mixture and refrigerate in a glass container. Eat a dessert spoon of this medicine several times a day.
Treatment with aloe juice
Recipes for aloe-based potions often use its juice. It must be prepared correctly. Leaves that are at least 15 centimeters long are suitable for obtaining juice. They must be cut from an adult plant that has a lifespan of at least 3 years. Before cutting the leaves for juice, aloe does not need to be watered for two weeks.
After cutting, wrap the leaves in dark, or preferably black, paper, so that the ends are open. Place the bundle in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. This preparation synthesizes biostimulants that help treat wounds, burns and other skin lesions.
Then the leaves need to be cut and poured with boiled chilled water. For 1 part leaves, take 3 parts water. Leave the leaves with water for an hour and a half in a dark place, and then squeeze out with gauze and filter again. This juice can only be stored in the refrigerator and no longer than two weeks.
How to grow aloe
For independent growing For this plant, purchase soil for succulents at a flower shop. If you want to do everything yourself, then take any soil that does not contain peat. You can add a little charcoal to the soil as a disinfectant component.
Place a layer of drainage and then prepared soil into the pot. Aloe can be planted from seeds or cuttings. In the first option, simply sow the seeds in a pot in moist soil.
