The sachet is made only from natural materials and products that are environmentally friendly.   The composition of the sachet can be different, it all depends on what smells you like.

As a rule, the sachet is filled with herbs and dried flowers. You can assemble a composition from them, or you can use them separately.

The following can be used as a sachet filler:

  • essential oils;
  • medicinal herbs;
  • conifer bark;
  • spices;
  • dried zest;
  • and other aromatic herbs and plants.

Just like a filler, sea salt is very often used. It absorbs odors very well and keeps them for a long time.

In rare cases, artificial filler in the form of synthetic padding is also used for sachet pads. It is soaked in a mixture of essential oils and sewn into fabric. But this method of making sachets is used mainly in production.

You can prepare a fragrant mixture for sachet with your own hands, but for this you need to understand at least a little about herbs. Otherwise, you are unlikely to be pleased with the bitter smell of wormwood or something similar. If you know herbalism, you can safely start collecting and drying herbs.

When things are different, there is no need to be upset. Buy a ready-made mixture at the pharmacy.

  • mint-cloves;

The ready-made sachet can be placed in a clothing or linen closet, the bags can be laid out on the loggia, during the day they will heat up, and in the evening they will cool down and exude a sweet and warm aroma.

When making sachets, remember that odors have the ability to influence a person. Try to choose scents that are appropriate for the room in which the sachet will be located:

  • Something romantic is suitable for the bedroom: rose, rosemary, chamomile.
  • Lavender is great for clothes; its scent is invigorating, but at the same time not exciting. In addition, it perfectly repels insects.
  • For a children's room: coffee, cloves, cinnamon, mint, citrus. These scents will help your baby better sleep and will also lift your spirits.
