During the day, you are also allowed to consume 1.5 kg of sweet, aromatic bananas, and you should wash them down with unsweetened green tea or plain mineral water. Moreover, there is no need to limit liquid - drink as much as your body needs.
If the feeling of hunger becomes unbearable, then you are allowed to take a few sips of black unsweetened coffee, and also eat a small piece of lean boiled meat and a few spoons of lean porridge instead of bananas at one of your meals. In the following days, you can also add a soft-boiled egg, a portion of low-fat cottage cheese, a glass of low-fat kefir, natural yogurt without additives or a glass of fermented baked milk.
