To prepare the dish you will need:
- beef 500 g;
- 3 medium onions;
- 2 large carrots;
- a bunch of dill and parsley;
- 4 large potatoes;
- bay leaf to taste;
- black peppercorns to taste.
The preparation of this recipe is very simple.
- Start by cutting the beef into small pieces. Place the first layer in prepared pots.
- Then peel and cut the potatoes. It’s most convenient to use cubes, but if you prefer circles, you can do it that way.
- Season with salt, add bay leaf and pepper.
- Lay out the next layer of carrots (cut to taste), then onions.
- Salt again and add greens on top.
- The pot should be filled only halfway with water. Since during the cooking process, meat and vegetables will give juice.

- sour cream 200 g;
- 2 onions.
- To begin, marinate the giblets as follows: mix the meat with sour cream, add onion cut into rings, pepper and salt to taste. You can add your favorite spices. Leave for half an hour.
- While the giblets are marinating, prepare the pots. Cut the mushrooms into 4 parts, or even halves. It all depends on the capacity of your pots. Fill the bottom with them. Add some salt.
- Then place the meat on them. Add the remaining sour cream to the pots. You don’t need to add water; during the cooking process, mushrooms and meat will give a sufficient amount of juice.

Dishes in pots with chicken
It doesn't take much work to cook chicken in a pot. Basically, all you need to do is chop the ingredients, mix them and put them in a pot and put them in the oven. But first you need to decide which part of the chicken you will use: fillet or bone-in meat.
Chicken in a pot (fillet)
- one chicken breast;
- 2 onions;
- garlic clove;
- a bunch of greenery;
- 2 potatoes;
- medium sized zucchini.
- Start by cutting all the ingredients into medium sized cubes. Peel the zucchini from skin and seeds. Place in one container and mix well.

- champignon mushrooms 200 g, if marinated, then 1 jar is enough.
- To prepare the dish, the legs (wings) are cut into pieces as you prefer. Place them in pots.
- Chop the onions and carrots (as you like) and add to the meat. Add some salt.
- Place mushrooms on top and add a little salt again. Sprinkle some herbs on top.
- Add some water. Place the pots in the oven and light it. After it warms up and the thermometer shows two hundred to two hundred and twenty degrees, turn down the gas. The chicken is cooked in forty minutes.
Simple dishes in pots 
The easiest way to cook vegetables is in a pot. It's healthy, quick, and very tasty.
You will need:
- eggplant 2-3 pcs., depending on size;
- tomatoes 2 pcs.;
- 1 large onion;
- a jar of pickled mushrooms or 200 g of fresh ones;
- cheese 100 g.
- Start by peeling the seeds from the eggplant. If the eggplants are young, you can leave the skin on. If they are overripe or have lain for a long time, it is better to remove them. Cut the eggplant into slices. Place on the bottom of the pot.
- Place onions in the next layer, then mushrooms, then tomatoes.
- Grate the cheese in advance and leave it ready. When you lay out the layers of vegetables, add a little salt to each one.
- Add some water. Place the pots in the oven and light it. After it warms up and the thermometer shows two hundred to two hundred and twenty degrees, turn down the gas. Vegetables are cooked in a pot for thirty minutes.
