Apple juice can be prepared for future use. For preservation, use thoroughly washed and sterilized glass containers. There are several ways to can apple juice.

In the first case, use heating. To do this, pour the prepared juice into a wide enamel pan and heat on the stove, without bringing to a boil. Boil the juice in it for 5 minutes and pour into sterilized jars. Then seal and leave to cool under a warm cloth, after turning them over with their lids down.
