Diet chicken fillet cutlets 
- Boil a kilogram of chicken fillet in the usual way. Soak white bread in milk.
- Scroll boiled meat together with soaked bread and onion through a meat grinder twice. Add salt and butter to the minced meat to taste and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Shape the patties to the desired size by wetting your hands in water.
- Season the steamer with the broth in which the chicken was cooked, spread the cutlets and cook for a quarter of an hour.

- Cut 360 g of fish fillet into portions and simmer until tender.
- Cool the fish and place on a baking sheet, leaving a distance between the pieces.
