According to the classics, the amount of each ingredient is taken in approximately equal proportions. Before preparing tea, all ingredients must be washed, and then the mixture collected together must be poured with boiling water at the rate of a glass of boiling water for a couple of spoons of fruit. After ten minutes you can drink tea. 
Apple tea. Made from dried apples and cinnamon. To do this, you need to sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of apples with a pinch of cinnamon powder and pour a glass of boiling water. To enhance the taste, you can add a little dried apricots.
Raspberry-apple. Place a few fresh raspberries in a glass along with a grated apple. Raspberries can be crushed so that their flavor becomes more pronounced. Pour in half a small spoon of chamomile tincture and pour a glass of boiling water. Let stand for ten minutes.
Tea with sea buckthorn and apples. Finely chop a quarter of an apple and place it in a saucepan along with 40 g of fresh (you can use frozen) sea buckthorn and a spoonful of honey. Pour in a glass of water and place on low heat. Under no circumstances should you boil the drink, just wait until steam appears, which usually occurs before it boils, and remove from the stove. Let sit under the lid closed for 15 minutes.
