Homemade chicken nuggets 
For this dish you will need:

- vegetable oil for frying.
Cooking method:
- Cut the chicken into pieces. Not too thin, but not too thick, a couple of cm will be enough.
- Break an egg into a bowl. There is no need to salt or pepper it.

- Beat the egg with a mixer or just a fork.

- Pour flour into another bowl. Add salt and seasonings to it. Add a little more salt than you usually salt your food.

- And add breadcrumbs to the third bowl.
- It turns out like this “train” made of plates.

- Take a piece of breast and roll it in flour.

- Then dip it in the egg so that the batter completely covers the piece.

- And the final step is to thoroughly coat the chicken in breading.

- The nuggets are ready, all that remains is to fry them.

- Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Pour in a little more than you usually use for frying. Light the gas - the frying pan should be well heated.
- If you are not worried about your figure or carcinogens, you can deep-fry them. To do this, there should be enough oil in the pan to completely cover the nuggets.
- Place the dish on the frying pan. Fry on each side for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Until a ruddy color appears.

- Serve the finished nuggets warm with any sauce to your taste.
How to make breadcrumbs at home
Yes, you can buy breadcrumbs for cooking at any store. But did you know that they are made using expired bread? Therefore, it would be wiser to prepare the breading yourself.
All you need is:
- bread;
- oven;
- baking tray;
- mixer or blender;
- about 15 minutes of time.
How to cook:
- The bread should be fresh and rich. This will make the crackers tastier.
- Cut the bread into small thin pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
- Fry the bread at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Then turn each piece over to the other side.
- Place the finished bread in a bowl with high edges.
- Grind using a blender. If you can’t use technology, you can simply put them in 2 bags and beat the crackers with a rolling pin.
