And this article will tell you how to make cottage cheese with your own hands.

How to cook cheese

In fact, this dish is easy to prepare. It will take about half an hour, and the products are available to everyone. 1

So, to make homemade cheese, you will need:

  • low-fat kefir 1 liter;
  • milk 1 liter;
  • chicken egg 1 pc.;
  • juice of 1 lemon;
  • salt and spices.

  1. Pour milk into a large saucepan. Add salt. 2

  3. Reduce gas and, stirring, pour in kefir. 4
  4. The liquid immediately breaks down into flakes and whey.
