Gary Chapman wrote his book The Five Love Languages back in 1995. According to a relationship consultant, there are different models of showing love, there are five in total. 
Physical language of love. Many people find it easier to express their feelings through physical contact: kissing, hugging and sex. Some women feel that men do this because of their animal instincts, even though it’s easier for them to show their love that way.
Auditory language of love. It is this method of expressing feelings that girls like so much, as they say: “Women love with their ears, but men...”. If a lady hears words of love and compliments from her partner every day, then it undoubtedly seems to her that the man really has high feelings for her. Although, it is difficult for the stronger sex to talk about their sincere feelings and emotions.

And a loving woman is ready to spend her personal time watching hockey or football - the main thing is that her partner feels good.
The most popular love language is gifts. Many people think that words are trivial and that going on trips together is too commonplace. Therefore, they show their love through gifts that are filled with love and tenderness. Others believe that girls who like to receive gifts from loved ones too mercantile. Well, what can they do, if only with the help of small amenities they really feel that they are loved. 
The most interesting and rare sign of love is service. This means that when one partner experiences an extraterrestrial feeling, he is ready to care for and help his lover. Women show their love through abundant care. They are constantly ironing shirts, preparing breakfast, etc.
Each person has their own love language. Therefore, before accusing your partner of insincerity of feelings, look at what language he “talks” to you. For example, it will be difficult for a man who shows his love through gifts to say three cherished words.
How to distinguish love from infatuation
Falling in love is the beginning of that warm and fabulous feeling to which many works of art are devoted. True, many due to ignorance, what is love and what is infatuation, confuse their feelings, attributing them to something great and extraterrestrial.
It can't be said that physical attraction it only means that the relationship is built on being in love, because even in love, people also experience sexual attraction, it’s just that along with this they have a spiritual craving for a person, they are not indifferent to the appearance of their partner, but this is not in the first place. 
During these “light” feelings, a person is attracted by a smile, the smell of perfume or gait. Over time, when infatuation develops into love, the list of attractive qualities increases significantly. A person who truly loves is ready to accept any disadvantage of his partner.
Falling in love may come at first sight, but not love. This is such a complex feeling that requires the test of time and sometimes distance. Therefore, many couples only realize after a few years that they really love.

Should I confess my love? 
If you are convinced that your relationship is truly built on love, then it’s time to confess your feelings to your partner. Not many girls are in a hurry to say three cherished words to a guy, because they believe that the man should make the first step - a well-known stereotype. Unfortunately, in some situations, girls have no choice but to take the initiative into their own hands. And in principle, there is nothing shameful in this, to say what is really warming in the soul. However, the final decision, of course, is up to you.
How to confess your love
So you decide to confess your love, but the next question immediately arises: “How to do this?” In order for this process to occur without disasters, you need to prepare in advance. For yourself, you must decide that this is really love, and not a fleeting feeling that can dissolve at any moment. 
It is best to confess during a conversation, in a good environment; under no circumstances start the conversation with revelations - this may scare the man away due to the unexpectedness. Prepare him emotionally for the conversation in advance, then smoothly move on to the main part. Rest assured that the man has at least some warm feeling for you, for example, sympathy or falling in love. If you don’t feel anything like that on his part, then there is no point in confessing, since it will be wasted time and disappointment.
