How to steam your face at home
Prepare hot water for this procedure. The best temperature for steaming is 50 degrees. Steaming facial mask
Instead of the usual steaming procedure, you can use a special mask with a steaming effect. Similar masks can be made on a fabric basis. To do this, you can use gauze with special slots. This cloth must be moistened with a special composition and used as a compress on the face.
In another case, the desired effect is achieved with a special composition that most completely warms the skin. Usually, for this purpose, ground mustard, red pepper, salt, etc. are added to the mask. A decoction of medicinal herbs or an oil mixture is suitable as a basis for such a mask.
For a fabric mask, we can recommend the following recipe: brew a mixture of mint, chamomile, lavender, eucalyptus and green tea with boiling water. The herbs need to be boiled a little, strained and, after soaking a cloth in this broth, apply it to your face. Don't forget to make slits for the mouth and eyes.
Another way is to steam it with milk or hot water. oatmeal, add a little soda or mustard powder and apply to your face. Before using this composition, be sure to test it for an allergic reaction on the skin of the elbow. Apply the steaming mask from the forehead, then gradually distribute the composition over the cheeks, nose and chin. Keep this mask for no longer than 20 minutes.
