It is not difficult to assemble such a picture, although it will take a lot of time and patience.

In addition to Russian stores, you can buy such sets on the well-known Aliexpress website. The cost of Chinese sets is significantly lower, and the quality is the same. In addition, tweezers and a special stick are offered for laying out in Chinese sets. Working with a stick is faster.

When choosing a set, it is worth considering:

• A small mosaic of 20x20 or 25x25 with a complex pattern will have a blurry image. If you buy the first set, then choose a small picture with one large element.
• It is better to choose still lifes, images of animals, mythical plots in the size of 30x40 or more.
• If the description indicates the number of colors, then you should not start with 50 or more colors. It is better to choose a picture with 30 rhinestones.
• When buying, pay attention to how the canvas will be rolled. If it is not twisted into a tube, then it may have creases that are difficult to remove.

How to collect a diamond mosaic

Before starting work, you need to check the presence of all the necessary colors of rhinestones. A legend is printed in the corner of the working canvas and on a separate sheet, in which all the numerical numbers are correlated with the conventional symbols. Next, you need to put the rhinestones in boxes or organizers. It is convenient to use palettes for paints in work. All types of rhinestones will always be at hand, legend can be written next to each cell.

At the heart of the layout of the mosaic is the fixation of rhinestones on the adhesive base of the working canvas. Rhinestones can be laid out with special tweezers that come with the set. You can also use a stick. The plastic stick has a hole in the center. Its tip is dipped into the glue, the glue particles fall into the hole. Rhinestones stick to the glue and are easily transferred to the canvas.

Do not peel off the entire protective layer, the adhesive base may dry out. It is better to peel off a small piece and lay out a piece of the mosaic. If the mosaic canvas is large, then you can divide it into 2 halves and lay them out in turn. If you start work from the middle, then the finished canvas will be better preserved than if you lay it out from the lower rows. In this case, when moving to the upper rows, the wrists will rub against the laid out fragments.

Depending on the amount of free time, one mosaic can take from one to several months. After all the rhinestones are glued on, the work must be done in a baguette or frame... The workshop offers regular and anti-reflective glass. Ordinary glass is chosen by those who like the glitter of rhinestones. If you want a matte mosaic, opt for anti-reflective glass.

The canvas should not be folded, it is better to roll it into a roll and put it in the box from the set.
