Be sure to pack a small first aid kit. It should include pain relievers, absorbents, food poisoning remedies, cream for burns and wounds, cold symptoms relievers, antipyretics, dressings and something to treat wounds and cuts. If you have chronic diseases, then add the products you need to the list.

Also prepare cosmetics and personal hygiene products, nail scissors, a mirror, napkins and a comb. For convenience in transport, take a special pillow, preferably an inflatable one.

How to pack things in a suitcase

Once the list has been compiled, you can start putting them in suitcase. First, collect everything in one place, for example, put everything on the bed. This way you will have everything before your eyes and you won’t forget anything.

First of all, place the items that weigh the most at the very bottom of the suitcase. These include chargers, batteries, a cosmetic bag, and a first aid kit. Place shoes wrapped in plastic along the sides of the suitcase. To protect your shoes from deformation, push rolled up socks inside. Fill the space that remains inside with belts and jeans rolled into a tight roll.

Carefully place lighter clothing on top. To prevent anything from getting wrinkled, stack your clothes on top of each other in a cross pattern, placing the most wrinkled items at the bottom of the stack. Then place folded underwear and wrinkle-resistant clothing on top.
