Fold the fabric in half to form a triangle. The top of the upper acute angle will be point O. Mark the waist line. How to sew a simple one skirt with an elastic band

The simplest skirt with an elastic band is a half-sun. The rules for constructing a pattern for it are very similar to the previous model. But since we will have an elastic band instead of a zipper, the waist size will have to be increased, otherwise the skirt will be impossible to put on.

For patterns Fold the fabric in half lengthwise, right side inward. The fold of the fabric will be at the top. The upper right corner is point O. From it we draw two circles. • We turn it inside out and bend it almost in half, so that part of the pipe is inside. The outer skirt should be slightly longer than the inner one.
• We retreat 3 centimeters from the fold under the belt and sew in a circle, retreating a centimeter from the seam. We finish the line a centimeter before the seam - this gap is needed to insert an elastic band into the waistband.
