Potato casserole with minced meat

  • 2 onions (large);
  • a bunch of greenery;
  • mushrooms 250 g;
  • butter 50 g (butter);

Preparation:

  • salt, spices to taste.

  2. Now turn on the oven until it heats up to two hundred degrees.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet. Lubricate it with vegetable oil.

  3. Boil wild mushrooms and chop finely. If you use champignons, you can cut them raw.
  4. The sausage is cut into strips.
  5. Grate the cheese, the larger the grater, the better.
  6. Next, fry the onion in a hot frying pan, gradually adding sausage and mushrooms to it.
  7. Prepare the container in which you will bake by greasing it with sunflower oil.
  8. Divide the puree into several halves, one of which is placed in a baking dish as the initial layer.
  9. Then divide the filling and put half on the potatoes.
  10. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and grease well.
  11. Repeat the layers and brush again with the remaining sour cream and mayonnaise mixture.
  12. Spread the prepared cheese on top, the thicker the layer, the tastier.

  • flour 3 tbsp;

Preparation:

  1. Grate the potatoes using a large grater.
  2. Now is the time to add salt, add spices, flour, and mix the eggs.
  3. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place one part of the potato in it.
  4. Next, place the sausages wrapped in slices of cheese and top with potatoes.
  5. Close the multicooker and switch to baking mode for an hour.
