You need to know your enemy by sight; in our case, you should be aware and understand why your hair begins to split in order to maintain its beautiful appearance in the future. So, the main reasons that give rise to the problem:

  • Long hair. Yes, it is very beautiful and feminine, however, the longer the hair, the more responsibility it places on its owner. The hair is nourished by the bulb, so if there are few nutrients, the hair does not have enough for its entire length, which leads to split ends. To prevent dryness, you should use additional aids, for example oils.
  • Frequent styling. This category includes everything that is done for decorative beauty: painting, drying, using ironing, mousses, foams, varnish, etc. All this chemistry negatively affects the hair, drying it out, thinning it and making it brittle. It’s good to be beautiful, but if you value your hair, it’s better to find a simpler style, and use auxiliary products only when absolutely necessary.
  • Impact of temperatures. Frost or hot sun - it doesn’t matter, all this is reflected in the hair. Those who neglect headdresses feel this acutely: panama hats and hats in summer, hats in winter. If you are an avid opponent of hats, make more efforts to care for your hair, make nourishing and moisturizing masks more often.
  • Incorrect care. Rubbing your hair with a towel after washing, taking shampoo that is not suitable for your hair type, combing immediately after washing, poor rinsing of balm, complete absence of balm - these are the mistakes millions of women all over the planet make every day, and then they wonder why their hair responds to them with such ingratitude, in the form of split ends. Always carefully purchase shampoo and other hair care products, take only those that are suitable for your hair, do not rub your hair after washing, just pat lightly with a towel, rinse balms and masks thoroughly, and start combing only after your hair has dried.  5316df83e1038_image1
  • Problems with the digestive system. Intestinal problems   are one of the reasons why the body’s absorption of important vitamins and microelements, such as calcium, zinc, iron, is disrupted - but without all this, hair a priori cannot be healthy, this is its main nutrition. Bad habits. They contribute to the destruction of some vitamins, which, as we have already said, nourish the hair. For example, nicotine destroys vitamin C, E and A, caffeine destroys calcium, iron, vitamin B, etc.
  • Insufficient fluid intake. Water is the source of life, including hair. If there is not enough water, then the body cannot nourish the hair with it, which is why it becomes dry. Drink at least the daily amount of water per day. Finding out the latter is very simple - multiply your weight by 0.03. For example, for girls weighing 50 kg, the minimum amount of water per day is: 50 * 0.03 = 1.5 liters.
  • Of course, there are many more reasons for cutting ends and it is difficult to list them all. However, even excluding the above, you can get a noticeable result.
