The benefits of dandelion honey 
Usually honey occurs naturally with the help of bees. But dandelions are bitter, so bees fly around them, and honey is made by people. It is also called dandelion jam or dandelion syrup. It is consumed in its pure form, or added to tea instead of sugar.

Dandelion honey recipe 
Light option
What you need:
- liter jar of flowers;
- half a liter of water;
- a couple of lemons;
- 800 g granulated sugar.
How to do:
- Soak dandelions in water for 24 hours.
- Squeeze, pour half a liter of water, bring to a boil, cook for a quarter of an hour.
- Add chopped citrus fruits and bring to a boil.
- Leave the mixture for a day, strain.
- Add granulated sugar and cook for 2-3 hours until viscous.
Quick honey recipe
What you need:
- 350 flowers;
- two glasses of water;
- 4.5 glasses of granulated sugar.
How to cook:
- Pour the flowers with water and cook for a couple of hours.
- Throw the mixture onto cheesecloth, squeeze out.
- Mix the prepared liquid with granulated sugar, cook for 9 minutes after boiling.
- Store in a tightly rolled jar in a cool place.
Jam without cooking 
What you need:
- a kilo of dandelions;
- 1.5 kg of granulated sugar.
How to cook:
- Grind the flowers with a blender, or mince them.
- Mix with granulated sugar.
- Insist for three days, stirring occasionally.
- After the allotted time, spread out in clean jars, tightly close with lids.
- Leave upside down for 12 days.
- Honey is stored in the refrigerator.
Dandelion honey
What is necessary:
- 1.5 kg of sunny flowers;
- 2.5 kg of granulated sugar;
- couple lemons.
How to cook:
- Pour dandelion petals with a couple of liters of water, leave for 24 hours.
- Strain, squeeze flowers.
- Pour lemon into the liquid the juice and add sugar.
- Cook until thick.
- Arrange honey in sterilized jars, store in a cool place.
Cold version of honey
What you need:
- a kilogram of dandelions;
- a couple of kilograms of granulated sugar.
How to do:
- Put the layers in a three-liter jar: flowers, granulated sugar, the last layer should be sugar.
- Tamp the layers, close the jar.
- Leave everything in the sun for 14 days to ferment.
- After the right time, strain and put in jars.
