Fast three-day diets
The first option involves the use of fruits and vegetables, as well as juices from them. The menu of such a diet can be described as follows:
- The first day is dedicated to fruit. In addition to fruits, only pure water and unsweetened herbal tea can be present in the diet. You need to eat five times a day in portions of 200 g.
- The second day is the day of vegetables. Vegetables can be raw, baked or boiled, there are no fundamental restrictions, what you like, eat these. The principle is the same as with fruit, five meals a day in portions of 200 g. Drink plenty of water.
- But the third day is better spent on fruit and vegetable juices... If it is not possible to squeeze fresh juice, then you can repeat the first or second day.

Sitting on such a diet, you need to limit physical activity and drink plenty of fluids. However, if there are problems in the work of the digestive organs, before this, a mandatory consultation with a specialist is needed. In general, before any diet, be sure to consult a doctor.
Another diet is based on apples. They do not have many calories, are easily absorbed by the body and are available all year round. In addition, they contain a lot of vitamins, so in addition to cleansing, the body will also benefit. The food is very basic. For three days, you need to eat only apples and drink a lot of fluids. Cleansing diets for weight loss on porridge
Porridge is the main source of complex carbohydrates, which allows you to fill up in small portions for a long time. Hunger on such a food system will not be felt, but the severity of such nutrition lies in a meager diet. It is impossible to sit on such a diet for a long time, as it is fraught with health.
Consider several options for a cereal detox diet:
- Buckwheat. There are several varieties, from the most difficult, where you need to eat only one cereal, and softer, where dried fruits, vegetables or fruits are included in the diet. You need to choose what is more suitable and stick to the diet for about three days. The main types of cleansing on buckwheat:
- One buckwheat. You need to eat only one steamed buckwheat and drink a lot of water so that you don't have problems with stool.
- Buckwheat with kefir. It is similar to the previous option, but in addition to steamed buckwheat, you also need to drink a lot of kefir. By the way, buckwheat itself can also be poured with kefir (as is usually done with milk).
- Buckwheat + fruits / dried fruits. In one serving of porridge, add two or three pieces of dried apricots or prunes. If the choice falls on fruits, then you can use them, except for bananas and dates.

- Rice. Rice should not be used plain, white, but wild or brown. Since there will be no sense from simple rice. The principle of nutrition is also quite simple: every two hours you need to eat 100 g of a serving. In this case, the diet may contain boiled fish, squid, shrimp in the amount of one hundred grams, 150 g each of milk or kefir. Diversity occurs by introducing bananas, nuts, peaches, cucumbers, tomatoes into the diet. Naturally, there should be few additional products and their portions should be small.
- On oatmeal. Very useful cereal, which everyone knows about since childhood. This is one of the safest and most useful diets. In addition to cleansing, you can notice serious improvements in the body's work and in appearance. In addition to oatmeal, the diet can also be varied by introducing fruits, kefir and berries. The porridge is cooked without milk and is consumed four times a day. Ideally, the cereals should not be boiled, but steamed with boiling water for 8-10 hours.
Diet to cleanse the body 
Like any diet, a cleansing diet has its own rules, including:
- To achieve the maximum effect, you need to drink a lot of water or herbal tea throughout the entire period. Minimum 1.5 liters. Otherwise, some diets can cause severe constipation.
- If the diet involves cooking, do it with a double boiler.
- The use of salt should be minimized, or it is better to give it up altogether for a while.
- After the diet comes to an end, do not try to pounce on food to catch up. Start returning to your usual diet gradually. If the goal of the diet is precisely to cleanse the body, and not to lose weight, then the simplest can help with this goal. fasting days that are held regularly. "Participants" of such days can be as simple products, vegetables and fruits, and certain dishes.
For example, a very good effect can be achieved by consuming only freshly squeezed juice throughout the day. Since only he will drink and, moreover, on an empty stomach, the ingredients for its preparation should be chosen those that do not have high acidity. It is better to dilute the juice itself with mineral water to reduce the concentration of the drink. 
Delicious and suitable detox diet recipes:
- Fruit mix... Put a couple of peaches, one chopped banana in a mixer, pour in a glass of fresh orange juice and put one yolk (if the product is a store product, it is better to discard this ingredient). Whisk everything - the drink is ready.
- Delicious oatmeal. Pour boiling water over a couple of tablespoons of cereal and let stand and swell. Drain and toss with grated apple, unflavored natural yogurt and sunflower seeds pumpkin and sunflower.
- Chop the cabbage (about a handful) and grate the carrots. Combine vegetables and season with a large spoonful of honey. Add chopped half bell pepper and a couple of small spoons of seeds to the salad. Pour in some oil mixed with lemon juice.
You can quickly get rid of garbage in the body by drinking watermelon juice (it has a beneficial effect on the purity of the kidneys, intestines and blood) and pumpkin (cleanses the blood and lymph). 
For those who are particularly resistant to dietary nutrition, we can recommend a system, the duration of which stretches over ten days. Here's how it looks in this case:
- The first two days you need to start your morning with a glass of warm water, in which a little lemon juice and a small spoonful of honey dissolve. At lunch and dinner, you need to drink juices from fruits and vegetables with the addition of a spoonful of honey.
- From the third to the eighth days, the morning repeats, and then you need to additionally introduce cereal and fermented milk products, seeds.
- On the ninth and tenth days, all of the above is complemented by boiled or steamed fish, chicken or veal, whole grain bread, and cheese.

Sitting on such a diet, you need to adhere to some rules:
- Drink at least one and a half liters of water a day.
- Only eat when you really feel hungry.
- Give preference to raw, plant-based foods.
- It is preferable to eat five servings of vegetables or fruits per day.
- Avoid salt and sugar for this time.
- It is advisable to consume at least one serving of seaweed per day.
- Sour milk should be present in your diet every day.
Cleansing products
Diet is a restriction in nutrition for a certain period of time, but then the cleansing effect fades away. To prolong the effectiveness of your own work on yourself, even with a normal diet, you can focus on foods that cleanse the body by default. These include:
- Fruits. They are very high in fiber, liquid and vitamins. Ideally, they should be eaten as often as possible, but it is highly advisable to adhere to the seasonality of the products.
- Olive oil. Scientific research shows that young olive oil is very beneficial for the entire circulatory system and heart. It has a beneficial effect on the work of the entire digestive tract and has a choleretic effect. Oil drinking, of course, is not a pleasant occupation, so it can be replaced with olives. It is enough to eat 5-6 olives a day to get the benefits.

- Brown or wild rice. It is an excellent natural absorbent that does not cause allergic reactions. Ideally, if the rice variety is round grain, but in extreme cases, you can do with long grain.
- Hot peppers and spices. These are direct stimulants of the digestive tract. Their regular use leads to the fact that toxins and toxins do not accumulate in the body, but are constantly excreted.
- Ginger. We can talk about the benefits of this product for a very long time, it contains a lot of vitamins and trace elements, which not only cleanse the body, but also increase its resistance to infectious diseases, which is explained by the strengthening of immunity.
- Beet. Almost the main detox product. It improves the work of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract and removes all toxins. It can be eaten both in salads, boiled, and juice made from it.
- Vegetables of marine origin. They bind harmful substances in the body and successfully remove them outside of it.
- Cabbage. Organic acids have a beneficial effect on digestion, normalize protein metabolism, promote high-quality absorption of calcium, and inhibit the processing of simple carbohydrates into fat.
