What to cook for a picnic
The most common and favorite dish for picnics and hikes is sandwiches... They are easy to make and eat quickly. You can please anyone with a sandwich. They are suitable for both main meals and snacks.
Burger
For cooking you need:
- cheeseburger buns 6 pcs;
- cheese 100 g;
- mushrooms 100 g;
- ham 150 g;
- tartar sauce;
- egg;
- small cucumber.
Preparation:
- Cut the top off the bun and remove the pulp. Do not throw it away, you can put it in the filling.
- Cut the ham into cubes.
- Cut the mushrooms into cubes and fry until golden.
- In a deep bowl, combine the ingredients: mushrooms, pulp, egg, ham.
- Put the filling in the buns, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, cover with the top.
- Send to bake in the oven at one hundred and eighty degrees for fifteen minutes.

Light sandwiches
For cooking you will need:
- sandwich bread 8 slices;
- mustard sauce;
- lettuce leaves;
- boiled chicken breast 150 g;
- a tomato;
- cucumber;
- salad onions;
- greens.
Preparation:
- Wash and dry vegetables.
- Grease the sandwich bread with sauce.
- Cut vegetables (except lettuce leaves) into slices.
- Cut the breast into slices.
- Layer lettuce, breast, tomato, cucumber, breast, onion, lettuce on one slice.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Cut into triangles and pierce each with a skewer for convenience.

For cooking you will need:
