- Before going to bed, you need to calm your nerves. Otherwise, you will toss and turn all night, restless, and will only fall asleep in the morning. To ensure your sleep is deep and restful, be sure to drink before bed decoction of soothing herbs. It could be mint, St. John's wort, lavender, chamomile or valerian.
- The air temperature in the room where you are going to sleep is important. Its value should be between 23 and 28 degrees. This is the most comfortable temperature for relaxation. To have a good mood in the morning, you should not wake up stressed. And even more so, you shouldn’t jump out of bed, afraid of being late everywhere. So set your alarm a few minutes earlier. Then, when you wake up, you can spend these minutes charging right in bed.
When you get out of bed, be sure to open the curtains and let plenty of light into the room. Sunlight charges you with positivity and gives you a good mood. Don't forget to have breakfast. If you don’t have time to prepare it in the morning, then make breakfast in the evening, and in the morning all you have to do is heat it up.
Make it a habit in the morning to write down in a special diary all the good things that happened to you the day before. This will definitely give you a boost of positivity for the new day. In addition, keeping such a diary is a great way to engage in self-analysis.
