  • Tea - brew fresh green tea in a glass, cool and add 35 ml of lemon juice. Term storage of such a tonic for only a day.
  • Banana - chop ripe banana with blender... Mix a couple of tablespoons of the resulting puree with 100 ml of warmed milk until completely dissolved. Apply tonic before going to bed at night.
  • Cucumber - squeeze the juice from one cucumber and mix it with 35 ml of heated milk.
  • Chamomile - 30 g dry chamomile steam with boiling water for an hour. Add a couple of spoons of freshly squeezed orange juice there.
  • Mineral - grate a large cucumber on a fine grater, pour 100 ml of mineral water over it, leave for an hour. Strain the liquid and add a couple of drops of lavender oil. Best used in a spray bottle.
  • Creamy - take half an apple and a peach, chop them in puree. Squeeze the juice from it and mix with half a glass of non-fat cream.
  • Matting - steam a couple of spoons of dried bird cherry berries with boiling water. After an hour, strain and stir half a spoonful of honey in it.
