How to make peanut butter

The peanuts are laid out on a baking sheet in one layer and fried for no more than 8 minutes. At the same time, the taste and color of the finished product will depend on the duration of frying. If you like sweet and dark peanut butter, roast the peanuts for 8 minutes; if you prefer a softer version, reduce this time to 5 minutes.

Then the peanuts need to be cooled and ground in any available way to the size of the cereal. If you roasted the peanuts in the husks, remove them before grinding. Otherwise, the final product will be bitter.

Now pass the crushed peanuts through a sieve 5 times. After this, mix peanuts with 145 ml odorless vegetable oil and 35 grams of honey.
