Rice diet to cleanse the body
With the help of brown rice you can thoroughly cleanse your body. In this case, you will not need to change your usual diet in any way, with the exception of breakfast. The duration of the cleaning will be two weeks.
Preparation for cleaning begins in advance and takes 4 days.
- On the first day, take 2 large spoons of cereal and, after rinsing thoroughly, put it in a cup. Fill the container with water and place it on the windowsill. Label this cup with the number "1".
- On the second day, rinse the rice well from this container and fill it with water again. Also measure out a new portion of rice, wash it thoroughly and put it in a second container, adding water and marking it with the number “2”.
- On the third day, rinse the rice from the first containers and change the water in them. Measure out a new portion of cereal and do the same with it.
- Do the same steps on the fourth day.
You should end up with 4 labeled containers of rice. Rice groats soaked in this way ultimately lose most of their starch and better absorb all the waste and toxins.
On the fifth day in the morning, rinse a portion of rice from 1 container and pour boiling water over it for a quarter of an hour. Then eat the resulting porridge without adding anything to it. And put the washed rice back into the empty container and add water. The next morning, eat a 2-cup serving of rice, and so on for two weeks.
You should not drink rice prepared this way. It is also necessary to refrain from drinking liquids for another 4 hours after breakfast. After this time, you can drink a glass of unsweetened green tea. For the remaining meals, you can eat as usual. But in order to get a full-fledged high-quality result, it is better to limit sweet, flour, fatty and salty foods.
