Eating on the strawberry diet 
There are three types of strawberry diet: a mono diet for 4 days, a varied diet for 4 days and another type of diet for a week. In the latest version the menu is more extensive, there is more fruit, drinks and healthy products.
A mono-diet means eating only one strawberry or wild strawberry for 4 days. You can supplement your diet with green tea without sweeteners. Every day at least a couple of liters of clean water. It should be borne in mind that any mono-diet must be carried out under the supervision of a specialist, or listen very well to yourself and your body so that there is no malaise and other problems.
Another option for a mono-diet, but with the addition of several products:
- 1 day – 1.5 kg of berries and 2.5 liters of clean water;
- Day 2 – the same number of berries, but only 2 liters of water;
- Day 3 – 850 g of berries, 2.5 liters of water and 1 liter of low-fat kefir;
- Day 4 – a kilo of strawberries, half a liter of kefir, 2.5 liters of water and 140 g cottage cheese.
A varied diet for 4 days.
Bread, confectionery and any sweets are removed from the diet.
- Day 1 – breakfast consists of a salad with apple, banana and strawberries, seasoned with natural yoghurt. Pre-lunch snack: strawberry milkshake. For lunch you can have a salad of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, plus a glass of berries. The second snack is berry puree mixed with yogurt. For dinner, steamed vegetables and a strawberry-orange smoothie.
- Day 2 – a glass of kefir and apple-strawberry for breakfast pancakes. For a snack, a milkshake made from berries. For lunch, stewed fish, boiled potatoes and 200 g of strawberries. The second snack consists of a strawberry-melon salad. Grapefruit juice, 200 g of berries, and vegetable salad are suitable for dinner.
- Day 3 – have breakfast with oatmeal, boiled in water, with pieces of strawberries. A glass of berries for a snack. For lunch, tomato, 200 g berries, baked breast chicken. The second snack is a glass of strawberries and citrus juice. For dinner you can only have a salad of banana, apple and berries.
- Day 4 – sandwiches made from rye bread, low-fat cottage cheese and strawberry slices. For the first snack, a milkshake with berries. For lunch, a glass of orange juice, a glass of berries and stewed vegetables. Second snack: 200 g of berries. For dinner, lettuce leaves, apple juice and 250 g of strawberry puree.
