  • for an afternoon snack, green salad and a portion of chicken;
  • for dinner, prepare 0.5 serving of chicken, 150 g of poultry broth and a serving of stewed vegetables.

  • You will need 200 g of spinach, Bulgarian pepper, a little salt, 250 g of cabbage, a couple of chicken pieces, 250 g of broccoli.
