- Water. This, of course, cannot be called a product, but it has a very strong effect on skin health. By drinking plenty of water from the body waste and toxins are removed, which in the vast majority of cases are the cause of the formation of pimples and blackheads. In addition to clean skin, you can get vigor, harmony and overall health of the body as a bonus. The calculation of the daily water requirement is taken from the formula: (person’s weight) * 0.03. - Nuts. It’s tasty and very healthy from all sides, and what’s even better is that with regular use of the nut, the result will be reflected on the face. Among all the variety of nuts, special attention should be given to almonds, walnuts and Brazil nuts.

- Cereals. These are foods that are very rich in fiber. And fiber is the real cleanser of our body. There are several types of fiber that act on different principles - in the first case, it works like a fishing net, collecting all the harmful substances from the intestines, in the second case, the work can be compared to the principle of a sponge that absorbs everything. In any case, a regular, but moderate amount of fiber is simply necessary for a healthy gastrointestinal tract and a clean face.
- Seafood. These are direct sources of Omega-3, which helps the body efficiently absorb vitamin A. Vitamins A and E are responsible for the beauty and health of the skin, for its toned and attractive appearance. If it is useful to eat dietary meat, then when buying fish, try to buy fatty varieties.
- Meat. The most valuable thing in meat is animal protein, which is used by our body as a source of energy. In this case, you need to eat dietary types of meat - beef, veal, poultry (preferably without skin). It is better to cook meat by stewing and steaming, but it is better to completely avoid frying.

- Oils. They cleanse the liver very well, have a rejuvenating effect on the body and help calm gastritis and ulcers, and have a beneficial effect on the entire gastrointestinal tract. But you need to use the oil as a salad dressing, for example, and not fried.
- Sour milk. In the vast majority of cases, the cause of acne should be sought in the disrupted functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, especially when diagnosed with dysbiosis. This suggests that in the digestive organs there are very few bacteria that are responsible for quality digestion, and their quantity can be replenished by consuming fermented milk products. - Vegetables and fruits. Vegetables should be on the table all year round. Unfortunately, this is now practically impossible, since in winter vegetables are often brought into the country from abroad, and they are characterized by a high content of chemicals. If it is not possible to collect vegetables from your own garden, then it is better to purchase seasonal products in stores. Particular favorites among vegetables in the fight against acne are bell peppers, legumes, tomatoes, spinach, etc. You should also not forget about fruits and berries - you can eat them in any quantity, but you still won’t eat more than you should. Speaking about healthy foods that help eliminate acne, it is also worth noting the category of foods that are best excluded from your diet. List of foods that cause acne:
- The main enemy of a clean face is everyone’s favorite chips. It would seem that what could be tastier and more convenient than snacking on the go with a pack of aromatic and crispy delicacies? However, such haste and taste preferences will have to say goodbye to a clean face. Along with chips are the now popular French fries. Both of these products cause purulent rashes, which are often located in the forehead, temples and ears. The next time your hand reaches out for another portion, remember this. By the way, if giving up such a delicacy is problematic, at least replace it with homemade fried potatoes. Yes, this is also harmful, but certainly not in the same quantity and the damage to the body is much less.

- Sweets. Lollipops, chocolates, sweets and other goodies help to increase the amount of insulin and the concentration of androgens in the body, and this leads to a whole chain of negative consequences that affect the skin. Under normal conditions, sebum flows freely through the pores, after which a person removes this layer during cleansing. An abundant amount of sugar directly affects the consistency of sebum, making it thicker. Being thick, it is difficult for it to get through the pores, it gets stuck, and pimples and blackheads form in this place (by the way, eating salty, spicy and smoked foods in copious amounts works on the same principle). It is also worth mentioning that modern sweets contain a huge amount of chemicals that have a bad effect on overall health. If it’s difficult to give up sweets, then try to make them yourself at home. This way you will at least protect yourself from chemicals and dyes.
- Snacks. These include crackers, popcorn, salted nuts, etc. First of all, they contain a lot of preservatives and harmful additives that cause acne not only on the face, but throughout the body. By the way, they can cause an allergic rash, which the common man mistakes for acne, so it’s better to avoid them.
- Smoked meats and meat products. In no case does this category include healthy meat; it includes sausages, sausages, similar store-bought products and semi-finished products. In trying to save your time, you risk harming your health. Yes, we won’t exaggerate and for the sake of fairness we will say that the body often forgives one-time mistakes and does not lead to sad consequences. But as soon as all this becomes a habit, then excuse me.
- Soda. If you don’t believe that carbonated sugary drinks can cause acne, then try an experiment and regularly quench your thirst during the summer only with their help. Surely, within a week or two, new rashes will appear on the face and body. There is nothing natural in such drinks, except maybe water and sugar, and there is just a lot of the latter. Replace it with mineral water - it’s both healthy and quenches your thirst with a bang.

- Alcohol and other bad habits. You can generally leave comments here, since everything is clear. Yes, there are people who drink regularly and smoke several packs a day and still have a clean face, but this is the big exception. Either way, it's very unhealthy, so if you respect yourself, you won't be your own enemy.
- Store-bought yoghurts, milk, cheeses and ice cream. Natural fermented milk is a storehouse of benefits for the body, but what they offer in supermarkets from the factory is stuffed with chemicals, try reading the ingredients yourself if you don’t believe it. Milk that can be stored for six months - where have you seen this? Yoghurts with a long composition, cheeses with palm oil - all this is not only harmful, but also dangerous, since such components accumulate in the body, subsequently resulting in serious illnesses.
In addition to the above, it is worth reconsidering your lifestyle. Give up bad habits, start leading an active lifestyle, fall in love with sports and make it a part of your life. You shouldn’t suddenly change your usual routine, as this can cause harm and cause depression.
Replace soda with homemade fruit drinks and compotes, store-bought crackers with homemade ones, milk can be purchased from trusted people who run their own households, smoked meats with boiled and home-cooked meat. There is a replacement for absolutely everything, and such an alternative may turn out to be not only healthier, but also much tastier.
