  • If you regularly get some kind of physical activity, then use the second option of the curd three-day diets... In this case, increase the amount of cottage cheese to 1000 g. On the first day, you can additionally eat a boiled egg, and on the second day, 200 g of berries are allowed.

If you decide to stick to the curd diet for a week, you can include your diet and other foods. For example, a weekly diet breakfast might consist of a small serving of unsalted oatmeal, 100 grams of boiled lean meat, and one cucumber or tomato. For lunch, you need to eat 200 g of cottage cheese or prepare some kind of dietary dish from it. In addition, you can eat rye bread toast. For dinner, the same portion of cottage cheese is relied on. If you add fresh vegetables to the curd, you can extend the curd diet for two weeks. In this case, only 300 g of cottage cheese is allowed per day, but you can add half a kilogram of fresh vegetables. In this case, use the principle of separate feeding. The first and last meal should consist only of cottage cheese without any additives. Eat vegetables for lunch and dinner. You can use them not only raw, but also bake or stew without oil and flavorings. Raw vegetables can be used to make a salad. Any vegetables are allowed, except for starchy types. Don't forget about the liquid - drink pure water, green or herbal tea.
