  • for an afternoon snack, a fruit and vegetable salad is well suited, for example, you can finely chop a green apple and add fresh carrots to it, seasoning it with homemade yogurt or a little fatty sour cream;
  • in the evening you can cut any fruit salad and season it with yogurt.

No matter how harmless the menu looks, some people still do not want to resort to such a power system:

  • the diet is not recommended for people with various bowel diseases, gastritis and stomach ulcers;
  • such a menu is not suitable for people who have problems with the biliary tract, or those with pancreatitis;
