Ayran recipe

Usually ayran is bought in stores or at the market, but the drink prepared independently is much tastier. There are several options for preparing this healthy drink at home.

The simplest recipe involves using ready-made natural ingredients as a base. yogurt, containing no additives. You will need 640 ml. In addition, you will need 220 ml of mineral water and coarse salt to taste. Beat the yogurt with a regular mixer until you get a fluffy mass. At the end of the process, mineral water and salt are added to it. Ayran is prepared this way in Turkey.

Ayran made from cow's or goat's milk is healthier and tastier than the drink prepared according to the previous recipe. Goat or cow milk in an amount of 520 ml is boiled and then cooled to 40 degrees. Then, stirring well, pour in 155 grams of special leaven for ayran. Pour everything into a jar, close the lid tightly and wrap the jar with a warm cloth. The jar is then transferred to the refrigerator to allow the drink to mature. Before use, salt is added to the prepared ayran and, if desired, diluted with cold water.

A very tasty drink with the addition of fresh cucumber and greenery. To prepare it, use natural yogurt, to which chopped fresh cucumber and finely chopped greens are added. Beat all this with a mixer, add salt. Before finishing mixing, mineral water is poured into the ayran until the desired thickness of the drink is obtained. Ayran should be served chilled; you can even throw a few ice cubes into a glass before serving.
