How to make beet juice

The vegetable must be washed well and the top cut off by a quarter. You can squeeze the juice using a juicer, after cutting the root vegetable into pieces of a suitable size. If you don’t have a juicer, then grind the beets in a meat grinder or grate them on a fine grater. Then, using gauze, the juice is squeezed out of the crushed raw materials.
Freshly prepared juice is poured into a glass container and allowed to stand for 2 hours. It is best to place the drink in the refrigerator at this time. During this time, you will see foam accumulating on the surface of the juice. It must be removed and thrown away. You can drink the juice from the root vegetable after a couple of hours.
You can squeeze juice from pre-boiled beets. Vegetables that have been pre-cooked have significantly fewer harmful compounds and need to sit for only 20 minutes.
