Daily morning charging helps a person feel comfortable and cheerful all day, increases efficiency. As a result of the warm-up, the blood begins to move through the vessels more intensively. This allows the body to be saturated with oxygen and nutrients. When the brain is saturated with oxygen, its activity increases, attention increases, thinking process proceeds much more actively.

So what is the use of charging, why is it worth overcoming yourself and starting to get up in the morning a little earlier:
- Exercise heals the body. Daily morning activities stimulate blood flow. It has a beneficial effect on the brain and respiratory system. At the same time, the vestibular apparatus begins to work better, coordination is enhanced. It also helps to strengthen the immune system, to avoid diseases such as scoliosis, hernia, osteochondrosis. For people watching weight, this is the first remedy for extra pounds.
- Emotional condition. Exercise can invigorate not only the body, but also the spirit. Just play your favorite music and exercise. A bright melody combined with active exercises will help get rid of from negativity and gain cheerfulness, positive emotions.

Charging before or after breakfast 
Opinions on the timing of charging are divided. Someone thinks that it is best to do exercises after breakfast. When the body receives enough nutrients, it will gain strength. Others are of the opinion that exercise and breakfast are two things incompatible.
Deciding whether to have breakfast before or after depends on what result you want to achieve. That is, if exercise is carried out to maintain health and strengthen immunity, you can have breakfast before it. If, in the process of recovery, you want lose weight it is best to have breakfast after. Since during exercise on an empty stomach, the process of burning fat is much higher. However, this pattern works only with classes in the morning. If you exercise during the day, it is best to do it on a full stomach.

It is best to start charging before you even get out of bed. Stretch first. This will relax the body, give a certain burst of energy. Slowly, stretching, bend in different directions, make turns. Get out of bed, walk around the room, still stretching. This warm-up should last no more than two minutes.
Once the warm-up is over, proceed with your normal self-care routine.
In order for morning exercises to be productive, exercises are selected individually, based on a person's preferences. If there are no special requirements for classes, then you can perform a standard complex:
- Start by tilting the head, alternately in different directions. You only need two minutes to complete the exercise.
- Then start turning the body, after a while start bending.
- Move your hands to the "lock" position and begin to rotate the brushes first towards yourself, then in the opposite direction.
- Bend your elbows, fingers to your shoulders, start rotating your arms.
- Now you can start tilting, first try to touch the floor with your fingers, then with your fists and, finally, with your palms. Make sure that your knees are not bent. If it doesn't work right away, don't be upset. Get used to the exercise gradually, starting from touching with your fingers to your palms.
- After downward bends, do side bends with your hand up.
- Then rotate your pelvis clockwise and counterclockwise.
- Start to squats, try to squat as deep as possible.
- Do a couple of kicks.
The final stage of charging will be the normalization of breathing. Just raise and lower your arms as you inhale and exhale.
The entire set of exercises should take you from ten to fifteen minutes.
