Before purchasing, be sure to read the ingredients listed on the package. Avoid all products that contain monosodium glutamate or additive E-326. This flavor enhancer is very dangerous and also addictive. It is now added to many products.

Avoid eating all foods containing trans fats. This is essentially ordinary low-grade vegetable oil treated with hydrogen. Its structure is harmful to humans because it is not natural.
