It is worth doing these simple manipulations until all the juice comes out of the berry. This will turn the water bright red.
  5. Then remove the remaining berry from the colander.
  6. Taste the fruit drink. If it seems too viscous and sweet to you, dilute it with boiled water and boil it.
  7. Strain the fruit drink, let it cool completely.

The remaining berry mixture can be thrown away or used for baking.

Preparation:
