- a couple of pieces of anise.
How to cook:
- Grate the ginger.
- Mash the berries in mashed potatoes.
- Put berry puree, anise in a saucepan, ginger shavings, pour boiling water over everything and leave for a quarter of an hour.
With cranberries
What is necessary:
- 210 g sea buckthorn berries;
- half a lemon and a whole orange;
- 70 g of granulated sugar and cranberries;
- 70 ml orange juice;
- a pair of chopsticks cinnamon;
- 700 ml of water.
How to do:
- Cut the citrus into slices.
- Put citruses, berries in a teapot and pour boiling water over it.
- Mix granulated sugar with water, boil sweet syrup. Send it to the kettle.
