- flour 250 g;
- butter 50 g;
- sugar 150 g;

- cinnamon 2 tsp;
- instant yeast 1.5 tsp;
- milk 100 ml.

- Sift the flour, combine with salt, yeast and half the total amount of sugar.
- Stir well.
- Melt the butter.
