What you need:
- about 700 ml of clean warm water;
- a couple of large spoons of condensed milk;
- 13-16 tablespoons of flour;
- egg.
How to cook:
- First, in a bowl, mix warm water with condensed milk so that the last ingredient is completely dissolved in the water.
- Pour flour into another cup and cover it with condensed water.
- Stir thoroughly, beat the chicken egg into a mass, and stir the dough until the lumps disappear from the flour.
- If the dough is very thick, add some clean water to the desired consistency.
- The dough will not be very sweet, so those with a sweet tooth can add a little more condensed milk or granulated sugar.
- Bake the pancakes in a hot skillet with sunflower oil.
With 700 ml of water, you will get about 15 thin pancakes. For a large company, the ingredients can be increased. Since the pancakes are not very sweet, they can be served with sweet sour cream, jam, various additives.
