How to apply a flash tattoo 
As already mentioned, metallic pictures are very similar to translators of the 90s. To apply an image to the skin, you will need a picture, a cotton swab, some water, and a skin toner.
- Cleanse the selected area of skin and rub it with a toner to degrease it.
- Carefully cut the selected tattoo, remove the transparent layer, evenly and carefully stick to the skin.
- Moisten a swab with water and attach it to the picture so that it is completely wet.
- After 20-30 seconds, carefully remove the white paper, and tattoo let dry.
To apply a flash tattoo on your hair, you first need to straighten it with an iron, if it is curly or wavy. Apply the tattoo to the hair, moisten it with a sponge and remove the paper after a while. Such an ornament looks beautiful, but it will last until the first wash of your hair.
