How to cook pink salmon in the oven
Option 1
- pink salmon fillet 300 g;
- one onion;
- soy sauce 3 tbsp;
- black pepper to taste (in marinade);
- lemon juice (freshly squeezed, for marinade) 2 tbsp;
- 4 large potatoes;
- salt;
- vegetable oil;

Preparation:

- While the fish is marinating, start with the potatoes. Wash and peel off the skin. If you have a shape cutting knife, cut it into spirals. If not, then just thin plates along the length.

- Brush the potatoes with oil and place them in the pan.
- Place the fish fillet on top of the potatoes and season with marinade.
- Place the pan in the oven for thirty minutes.
- Grate the cheese, cut the mushrooms into large slices and fry.

How to cook pink salmon in a frying pan
Option 1
To prepare you will need:
- whole pink salmon;
- spices of your choice;
- bunch of greens;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- two eggs;
- breadcrumbs.

Preparation:
- Pink salmon is cleaned, washed, cut into pieces. It's best not to be too large.
- Pour breadcrumbs into a deep bowl. Add spices, salt, pepper, finely chopped herbs to them.
- Break the eggs into a deep plate and beat well with a whisk.
- Next, roll a piece of fish first in eggs, then in breadcrumbs and place in a frying pan. The fish is fried over medium heat on both sides until fully cooked.
Option 2
To prepare you will need:
- canned pink salmon fillet 1 can;
- boiled millet 3 tbsp;
- boiled potatoes 1 pc;
- onion 1 piece;
- carrot 1 pc;
- oil 2 tbsp. (creamy);
- breadcrumbs.
Preparation:
- Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Sauté in butter.
- Open the can of pink salmon, place the fish in a container and mash with a fork. You don't need the liquid; you can pour it out and throw away the jar. Or use as desired.
- Add to the fish sauteed and millet. Mix.
- Peel the potatoes, mash them, add to the rest. Salt and pepper.
- Now, make cutlets from the resulting minced meat, roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry until done.
