How to pickle pork ribs

One of the most important steps in the rib cooking process is marinade, which is not surprising at all. After all, it is he who gives the taste and sets the mood to the dish. We present to your attention several ways on how to marinate pork ribs.

Option one

For a pound of ribs for cooking, you will need:

  • honey tsp;
  • tomato ketchup 3 tbsp;
  • tbsp soy sauce;
  • cilantro bunch.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the cilantro finely.
  2. In a deep bowl, mix the ingredients with the herbs.
  3. Wash and dry the ribs. Drain well in the marinade and keep in it for at least an hour.

  • soy sauce 100 g;
  • garlic 3 cloves;
  • one lemon;

Preparation:

Marinade is designed for a kilogram of ribs. For cooking you will need:

  • two onions;
  • a bunch of parsley;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • a bunch of cilantro;
  • thyme 2 small branches;
  • 1 head of garlic;

Preparation:

Pork ribs in pomegranate sauce

For cooking you will need:

  • pork ribs 700 g;
  • ground pepper pinch;
  • soy sauce 5 tablespoons;
  • rosemary 10 g (dry);
  • one onion;
  • garlic 3 cloves;
  • glass of pomegranate juice;
  • semi-dry red wine 0.5 cups;
  • vegetable oil 0.5 cups;

For cooking you will need:
