The beneficial properties of flaxseed porridge have made it one of the most important dietary foods. It is recommended for use for weight problems, including obesity, heart disease, high cholesterol, menopause and stomach diseases. Flax porridge is rich in amino acids Omega-3 and Omega-6, which are very important for the strength of the immune system. They are also responsible for the smooth functioning of the heart, endocrine system and blood vessels. These amino acids prevent harmful cholesterol from accumulating in the body and prevent the formation of plaques in blood vessels. The high fiber content helps normalize digestion and stimulates intestinal function. It prevents the formation of fatty deposits, and is also a great help for constipation, normalizing stools in general.
Flaxseed porridge is rich in vitamins B, A and C, it also contains a lot of iron, zinc, sodium, chromium, potassium, calcium, manganese, phosphorus. By the way, in terms of potassium content, which is very important for heart health, flax porridge is seven times higher than bananas. Since flaxseed porridge is prepared from oil cake, from the seeds of which all the oil has been squeezed out, it has a very low fat content, but a lot of protein. Regular consumption of flaxseed porridge helps to significantly reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
This porridge contains plant hormones lingnans, which have very strong anti-allergic and antioxidant properties. Therefore, this product is recommended for use by people prone to allergies. In terms of protein content, this porridge can compete with many products, because the percentage of its content reaches 50. This means that having breakfast with flaxseed porridge will saturate your body for a long time, but at the same time you will not gain extra pounds.
Flax porridge is especially useful for women. With regular use, hormonal levels are naturally normalized, and the risk of cancer of the breast, ovaries and uterus is reduced.
Harm of flaxseed porridge
This product is considered one of the safest, so you shouldn’t expect any harm from it. But it has contraindications, under which you should refrain from eating porridge. Firstly, this is individual intolerance. Secondly, in exceptional cases, an allergy may occur to it, but this is such a tiny percentage that many do not even mention it. However, in order not to get a negative reaction from the body, it is better to personally verify that there is no individual reaction to the new product. An allergy can occur to particles of fruits or berries that may be in the “cereals” themselves, as well as to dyes and flavors if the product is distributed from the factory in bags. It is also worth giving up healthy porridge in case of prolonged diarrhea, high levels of estrogen in the blood, acute intestinal dysfunction and volvulus.

Otherwise, its preparation can be very different. If it is difficult to eat porridge completely unsweetened, you can sweeten it with a spoonful of honey. Yes, it contains a lot of carbohydrates, but they are not the same as those present in sugar, and moderate consumption of beekeeping products, on the contrary, will have a positive effect in the process of losing weight.
