To make the dough, you will need the simplest products:

  • kefir of any fat content - 1 glass;
  • flour - 1 glass;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs. (or one large one with two yolks like mine);
  • soda - 1 teaspoon without a slide;
  • salt - half a teaspoon.

For the filling of the liquid pie, I took:

  • chicken breast - half;
  • medium-sized potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • salt to taste.

I would like to note that the filling of such a pie can be completely different - satisfying or sweet. In my opinion, the most successful are traditional options with chicken and potatoes, minced meat, fish and rice. If you are going to bake sweet pie, then apples are ideal for the filling, first they need to be caramelized a little with sugar.

All of the above ingredients make a small pie if you want to please delicious pastries a large company, then just double the number of all products.

How to make Chicken and Potato Pour Pie

I boiled the chicken breast in advance. You can do the same with potatoes. But there is another very quick way to cook it - wash the tubers thoroughly and bake them in the peel in the microwave until tender. This usually takes 6-9 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes.

At this time, I mixed a glass of kefir and soda in a container and left them to "interact" for 5 minutes.

Then I added the remaining ingredients for the dough to the container - an egg, salt and sifted flour. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps left. The consistency of the dough should be similar to sour cream. If it turns out to be watery, then you can fix the situation by adding a little more flour.

Before preparing the filling, I turned on the oven 180 degrees so that it had time to warm up well.

I cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

Next, I peel the potatoes, chop and mix all the ingredients together in a separate container. They must be salted.

I grease the cake pan with vegetable oil (you can replace it with a slice of butter) and sprinkle with semolina. The dimensions of my form are 21 * 22 cm.

I pour half of the dough into the mold.

I spread the filling.

I fill in the rest of the dough and distribute it evenly so that it covers the entire surface.

I put the pie in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Here you need to monitor the degree of its browning, because someone likes it more tan, and someone not very much.

After you have turned off the heat, you need to let it brew a little more. Here's a rosy cake I got.
