Fats are divided into two types: saturated and unsaturated.

Other foods rich in fat include:

- milk products;
- chocolate;
- eggs.
Excessive consumption of this group of foods will harm the body, possibly severe obesity. It is not necessary to completely abandon them. It is enough to consume them in small quantities.
