The use of saber
First of all, the cinquefoil is valued for its rhizome. Many medicinal substances accumulate in its roots, from which you can then prepare tinctures and ointments. It is impossible to completely dig out the rhizome from the marsh soil in order to enable the plant to regenerate itself.
The ground part of the saber is also used for treatment. His grass must be collected in the middle of summer and always with a new moon. Then there are more nutrients in the plant. For the treatment of purulent wounds, the herb of the cinquefoil is suitable. It just needs to be applied to the wound so that the pus comes out better.
You can make a decoction from the saber. It is useful for stomach pains, oncologists and disruption of the thyroid gland. For the broth, grind two large spoons of plant roots and pour 1.5 liters of boiling water. Put the container on low heat and boil for a quarter of an hour.
Saber for joints
The beneficial properties of the cinquefoil are especially often used for the treatment of joints. Moreover, it can be used in different forms - this is a tincture, and decoctions and ointments.
Cinquefoil ointment can be used in the treatment of a wide variety of joint ailments. Take a tube to prepare it cream for hands, a teaspoon of tincture of cinquefoil alcohol, the same amount of pepper tincture, a large spoonful of honey and 10 drops of vitamin E solution. Mix all the ingredients well and store in a cold place. Rub this ointment into sore joints in a circular motion.
It is useful for the joints to drink herbal tea from the cinquefoil or preparations, which include cinquefoil. This tea removes excess moisture and toxins from the body. As a result, the joints regain their mobility faster, and the inflammation disappears.
Tincture of cinquefoil
Especially often in the treatment, tincture of cinquefoil is used. You can buy it ready-made at the pharmacy, or you can prepare it yourself. To do this, grind the rhizome of the cinquefoil and fill a liter jar with it by a third. Then pour in a bottle of regular vodka and close the jar with a lid. Put it in a dark place for three weeks, and after this period, filter the liquid. This homemade tincture can be taken orally in a spoonful three times a day.
Remember that you should not wait for an instant result from taking tincture of cinquefoil. You will be able to feel the effect only after undergoing a course of treatment, usually its duration is three weeks. Then you need to interrupt for three days and continue drinking the tincture for another three weeks. In total, you need to undergo such treatment 4 times.
It is recommended to start taking the tincture with a teaspoon. Then gradually increase the dosage to a tablespoon over the course of three days. With a very severe form of the disease, with the permission of the doctor, you can drink two large spoons.
If you use tincture to heal joint diseases, then it can be used externally, and not just drunk. Compresses or rubbing can be done on sore joints. Rubbing must be carried out on the same days when you take the tincture from the cinquefoil inside. Compresses from tincture of saber are made by moistening a tissue in it and applying it to the affected joint for half an hour twice a day.
In rare cases, taking the tincture can cause diarrhea or nausea. But most often, from taking the tincture, joint ailments are sharply exacerbated. Usually after a few days, this unpleasant condition goes away by itself. This effect is due to the strong activity of the active ingredients. Under their influence, the body begins to actively get rid of toxins. In this case, an allergic reaction may occur - a rash and redness. Do not be afraid of this and stop treatment. After a few days, the body will get used to the action of the drug and the rash will disappear.
